Anybody know the complete address for the San Jose, CA Blockbuster Online distribution center?
For some reason, BB is sebding my movies from the Sacremento center, the San Jose cneter is only 20 min away from me. I am hoping to affix the San Jose address to the return envelope. Thanks.
Dear Anonymous,
Have you informed Blockbuster Online’s Customer Service Department of this problem? They might not be aware of this shipping issue in your particular area.
You might be able to persuade Blockbuster to change the designated distribution center on your account. If they make the change, it could cut the transit times for your DVDs both ways.
Hello, I emalied Blockbuster twice already to no avail. I'll email them again, but I doubt they will even respond. The only way is to hope someone is getting there DVDs from the San Jose DC and are kind of enought to tell me the address. Maybe then, they will notice.
Dear Anonymous,
Hopefully, someone will post that San Jose address. If not, you could try calling Blockbuster at (866) 692-2789.
Argh!
Takes 5 days to get a DVD from 45 miles away and 1 day for them to receive them. They shipped me movies again that I had already seen and returned and aren't even in my queue anymore. If I report a damaged DVD and ask to resend, it isn't listed on my queue, but if I try to select it, it says it's in there. They won't remove it. Argh! Alot of scratched and unplayable DVD's as of late too. SHEESH!
